To Your Eternity Season 3: Release Date, Modern Day Arc, and What to Expect

The popular anime To Your Eternity is coming back! Season 3 has officially been announced and will premiere in October 2025. A new teaser visual was also revealed, showing Fushi, the immortal main character, standing in a modern city full of neon lights and high-tech cars. This gives fans a first look at the exciting "Modern Day Arc" that's coming next.

The teaser has already made longtime fans very excited. What makes this new season different is its futuristic setting, which is a big change from the older, more historical ones. In this new arc, Fushi will live in a modern world with today’s technology and problems. This big change will help the story grow and show new sides of Fushi’s character and emotions.

The Story Behind the Series 

To Your Eternal is an anime adapted from the manga of Yoshitoki Ōima. The idea sparked up with the death of her grandmother. It's the story of Fushi; an immortal being learning what it is to be human by meeting people and going through good times and bad. Each season shows Fushi in different time periods, meeting new people and growing along the way. Viewers get to join him on his emotional and spiritual journey.

What to Expect in Season 3 

The upcoming third season will focus on Fushi’s personal growth as he adjusts to the modern world, which is very different from the tough and simple life he knew before.The series is loved for its deep emotions and thoughtful messages, and this new arc will continue that style while adding new and interesting challenges.

Production History

Season 1 of  “To Your Eternity" was made by Brain’s Base and began airing in April 2021. It was directed by Masahiko Murata. Shinzo Fujita was in charge of the series composition, the characters were designed by Koji Yabuno. Ryo Kawasaki designed the music for Season 2, along with a debut studio called Studio Drive, and it was broadcast between October 2022 and March 2023. This time, Kiyoko Sayama directed the season. Reiji Kawashima has always been the voice of Fushi, and he’s expected to return in Season 3.

As To Your Eternity begins a new chapter, fans are already guessing what stories and emotions the new season will bring.The move to a modern-day setting shows how Fushi is still growing and how the series keeps staying fresh and meaningful.
