The countdown to Valorant Champions 2025 has officially begun! Riot Games just revealed the venues and ticket details for the biggest Valorant event of the year, and fans around the world are gearing up for an unforgettable showdown in Paris.
The tournament will take place in Paris, France, from September 12 to October 5. The early matches will be held at Les Arènes de Grand Paris Sud in Evry-Courcouronnes, while the grand finals will be hosted at the famous Accor Arena — a venue known for its electric atmosphere during major esports events.
How to Get Your Tickets: New Verification Process
This year, Riot is introducing a new way to make sure that tickets go to real Valorant fans. Before you can even buy a ticket, you’ll need to verify your eligibility. Here’s how it works:
- Your Riot Games account must have been created before April 1, 2025.
- You must have played at least one game of Valorant on that account.
- Between May 30 and June 15, you’ll need to log in on the official Champions Ticket Eligibility page to verify your account.
- If you pass the verification, Riot will email you a special, one-time access code sometime in July. This code lets you enter a private ticket sales page.
- Ticket sales open on July 10, but only those with a code can purchase tickets.
- Keep in mind, having a code doesn’t guarantee you a ticket. Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
This new process is designed to prevent scalpers and make it easier for genuine fans to get tickets.
Event Format and Schedule
Valorant Champions 2025 will feature sixteen of the top teams that qualified through intense competition all year long. The event kicks off with a Group Stage from September 12 to 22, where teams are split into four groups of four. Each group will use a double-elimination format, and all matches will be best-of-three.
The top two teams from each group will then advance to the Playoffs, running from September 25 to October 5. This phase also follows a double-elimination bracket, with matches mostly best-of-three. However, the Lower Bracket Final and the Grand Final will be best-of-five, raising the stakes as teams battle for the championship trophy.
If you’re a Valorant fan hoping to witness some of the world’s best players compete live, now is the time to get ready. Make sure your Riot account is active and meets the criteria for verification starting May 30. The ticket sales will be limited, so following the verification process carefully is essential.
