What is the Midnight Features Event?

The Midnight Features event is a limited-time series of challenges introduced in Marvel Rivals’ Season 1. It’s structured into five distinct Investigations, each unveiling a unique storyline and set of missions. As you progress through these Investigations, you’ll unlock a variety of rewards, from in-game currency to exclusive costumes. 

 

 

How Does It Work?

Investigations and Missions

Each Investigation comprises several missions that players must complete to earn rewards. The Investigations are released progressively throughout the event, keeping the excitement alive as new content becomes available. 

Rewards

By completing individual missions, you can earn:

• Chrono Tokens: In-game currency to spend on various items.
• Sprays: Unique emotes to showcase your achievements.

Completing all missions within an Investigation grants a Milestone Reward, which includes:

• Gallery Cards: Collectible cards featuring Marvel artwork.
• Exclusive Costumes: Such as the “Reborn from Ragnarok” Thor costume. 

Investigation Release Schedule

The Investigations unlock on specific dates throughout the event:

1. Blood Moon Over the Big Apple: Available at launch.
2. The Doctor’s Out… Of His Mind!: Available now.
3. Bad Moon (Knight) Rising: Available now.
4. Investigation 4: Set to go live on January 15.
5. Investigation 5: Set to go live on January 17. 

 

 

How to Participate

1. Access the Event: Navigate to the Events tab in the main menu and select Midnight Features.
2. Select an Investigation: Choose the active Investigation to view its missions.
3. Complete Missions: Fulfill the mission requirements in matches to earn rewards.
4. Claim Rewards: After completing missions, return to the Events tab to claim your rewards.

Additional Information

• Event Duration: The Midnight Features event runs until February 7. 
• New Content: Each Investigation may introduce new gameplay elements, such as the Recursive Destruction feature in the “Blood Moon Over the Big Apple” Investigation. 
• Limited-Time Rewards: Some rewards are exclusive to this event, so be sure to complete the Investigations before the event concludes.
