When will Valorant Mobile be available in India?

Valorant Mobile has begun pre-registration in China, sparking excitement worldwide. Indian fans are eagerly awaiting its launch as mobile gaming and esports grow rapidly in the country. Here's when Valorant Mobile might release in India.

VALORANT Mobile has officially kicked off pre-registrations in China, and it’s got players around the world buzzing with excitement. After all, if one region is getting closer to launch, it’s only a matter of time before others follow, right? In India, the excitement is especially great. With mobile gaming becoming a serious part of daily life and esports here growing faster than ever, a mobile version of a top-tier FPS like VALORANT feels like the next big thing.

Even today,  VALORANT’s PC version holds a massive fanbase in the country, dominating the charts as one of the most-played and most-watched FPS titles. So naturally, the big question is floating everywhere: When can Indian players finally get their hands on VALORANT Mobile? Let’s dive into what we know so far.

VALORANT Mobile Expected Release Date In India

Riot Games officially announced VALORANT Mobile back in 2021 to celebrate the first anniversary of VALORANT PC. Since then, there have been multiple leaks, development updates, and a few testing phases, but nothing solid for global markets until recently. In April 2024, Riot started pre-registration access via official Chinese app stores.

Given that China pre-registrations for VALORANT Mobile started in April 2025, a late 2025 or early 2026 release window for India feels realistic. Riot might also opt for regional beta testing in countries like India or the Philippines before going fully global.

Why Was China First?

China is often used as a testing ground for major mobile titles due to its huge player base and stringent regulatory frameworks. Tencent, the parent company of Riot, is also headquartered in China, which provides the development and publishing pipeline with ease. Several games, such as PUBG Mobile and Call of Duty Mobile, also took the same route, first testing in China or specific Asian markets and then expanding globally.
