MortaL gets a permanent ban on his valorant Account which got hacked

  • January 30, 2023 (UPDATED: January 30, 2023 15:00 IST)

Apparently, the hacker played a Valorant match using unauthorized third-party software.

Naman ‘MortaL’ Mathur, the famous streamer from India has received a permanent ban on his Valorant Account. On January 25, the popular BGMI player discovered on his livestream that his Valorant Account had been permanently banned. MortaL has raised an appeal to Riot Games to look into the situation and remove the permanent ban from his account.

MortaL disclosed that one of his moderators has access to his Valorant account when questioned if anyone else uses it. He wasn't sure if that individual had played any matches from his account since the last time he used it. He also stated that he has full trust in his moderator.

MortaL’s Valorant account gets permanently banned

During a recent livestream, MortaL told his viewers about the ban and also showed it live. When MortaL opened up Valorant on his livestream, he had a notice popped up with a “Permanent Suspension” message. The message went on to say that the user would be unable to access the game because they were using restricted third-party software.

Since BGMI’s ban, MortaL has been playing Valorant quite actively, so this news for him was quite surprising. Moreover, he played Valorant a few days back with 8bit Goldy, VLT SENTINEL, Fa2, and SurvE, and his account was working perfectly fine at that time.

MortaL confirms that his Valorant account was hacked

"Viper" Yash Soni immediately searched for MortaL's Valorant account in his friend list to view MortaL's Match History. After digging deep into the situation, MortaL discovered that someone else has used his account and played a match with it. Furthermore, he noticed that the hacker played a match at 7:00 a.m.

MortaL holds that person responsible for the permanent suspension of his account. The hacker played the match as “Jett” and had 5 kills, and being a bottom fragger is a very unusual thing to happen when it comes to MortaL’s gameplay.
