A Free live concert to be held in Persona 5's honour, fans can't wait to be a part of it

Atlus is set and gearing up to host a free live concert for fans of their upcoming tactical RPG, Persona 5 Tactica. However, there's a twist when it comes to securing tickets for this event.

With Persona 5 Tactica's release just a few months away, this is likely one of many strategies employed by the development team to heighten anticipation among the player base.

It's no new flash to us that Persona 5 holds a special place within the franchise, being one of its most beloved titles. Over the years, Atlus has gotten into various Persona 5 spin-off games, taking its AMAZING storyline and iconic Phantom Thieves characters into different gaming genres. These spin-offs have included hack-and-slash adventures like Persona 5 Strikers, rhythm games like Dancing in Starlight, and now, a tactical RPG with Persona 5 Tactica (too much to choose from, right guys?).

Not to mention, there's even a mobile game in development called The Phantom X. As the release date for Tactica draws nearer, it's clear that Atlus is determined to generate even more excitement around the game, and one way they're doing this is by announcing a free live concert.

Persona 5 Tactica has exciting news to share via Twitter: they will be hosting a free concert featuring songs from the upcoming tactical RPG. However, there's a catch - the concert is scheduled for a single day in Japan, specifically on October 4, 2023. Furthermore, attendance is limited to those who win one of the 150 tickets available through a lottery system.

The concert will showcase six songs from the video game and will include special guests like Persona 5's vocalist Lyn Inaizumi, Atlus sound composer Toshiki Konishi, and members of the Persona Live band, all participating in the performance. It seems as though Atlus would consider recording the event and even make the recordings available for purchase by the wider public at a later date, allowing more fans to enjoy the music and festivities.

As we already know, the Persona series has a well-established history of hosting exclusive pop-up collaborations and events in Japan. Therefore, the announcement of this concert aligns with Atlus's previous initiatives. Over the years, Japan has seen a series of concerts dedicated to Persona music, and it's not surprising that one is being organized to celebrate the upcoming release of Persona 5 Tactica. However, access to the concert is limited and determined through a lottery system, which may make it challenging for fans outside of Japan to attend the live event.

Thankfully, global fans can look forward to Atlus eventually releasing the concert's recording for wider access. By that time, players may have already thoroughly enjoyed Persona 5 Tactica and will likely appreciate the music played during the concert even more as they recall their in-game experiences.
