God of War Ragnarök becomes the most nominated game ever at BAFTA Games Awards 2023
God of War Ragnarök has been nominated under 14 categories at the BAFTA game awards, becoming the most nominated game ever in BAFTA’s history.

The nominations for the forthcoming 2023 games awards have been announced by BAFTA. Along with the nominations, BAFTA has revealed that Sony Santa Monica's God of War Ragnarök is the most nominated game in BAFTA history, having been nominated in fourteen categories since the event's debut in 2004. Previously, God of War Ragnarök had received eleven nominations out of which it won seven categories at D.I.C.E Awards 2023.

BAFTA announced on March 2 that God of War Ragnarök has been nominated under fourteen categories which are as follows:
- Animation
- Artistic Achievement
- Audio Achievement
- Best Game
- Game Design
- Music
- Narrative
- Technical Achievement
- Best Performer in a Leading Role
- Christopher Judge as Kratos
- Sunny Suljic as Atreus
- Best Performer in a Supporting Role
- Adam J. Harrington as Sindri
- Danielle Bisutti as Freya
- Laya Deleon Hayes as Angrboda
- Ryan Hurst as Thor
Other than God of War Ragnarök, Elden Ring is nominated under seven categories, Stray is nominated under eight categories, and Citizen Sleeper is nominated for four categories. A Plague Tale: Requiem, Horizon Forbidden West, Immortality, Tunic, and Vampire Survivors are nominated under five categories each.

EE Game of the Year 2023
EE Game of the Year is the only BAFTA Games award for which the public can vote for. Players can vote until March 26, 2023, and the winners will be announced on March 30, 2023. Players can vote for the EE Game of the Year 2023 among the following titles here:

BAFTA Games Awards 2023: When and where to watch
The BAFTA Games Awards 2023 ceremony will take place on March 30, 2023, at the Southbank Centre’s Queen Elizabeth Hall from 6:50 PM BST (11:20 PM IST). The event can be seen live on the Twitch channel of BAFTA.
