Kick streamer PrimeTime sets world record of the longest stream ever
Kick and Facebook streamer PrimeTime has achieved the world record for the longest continuous stream WITHOUT sleep. PrimeTime, known for his streams, surpassed the previous record of 162 hours by streaming for an incredible 167 hours without sleep.

In today’s generation when people are out there setting the most bizarre world records, we’ve got streamers doing it too!
On September 1, PrimeTime announced his attempt to break this record on his Facebook page, where he has amassed over 60,000 followers. His challenge aimed to surpass the existing world record while also surpassing his personal record of 105 hours of continuous streaming. What sets PrimeTime's stream apart from typical Twitch streams is that he stayed awake for the entire duration, engaging with viewers by playing Grand Theft Auto Online and maintaining a constant connection with his audience.
After nearly a week, PrimeTime successfully streamed for 164 hours without any sleep, surpassing ThisFudginGuy's previous record of 162 hours. While he initially aimed to reach 200 hours without sleep, he eventually went offline before achieving that goal. ThisFudginGuy congratulated PrimeTime in the chat and mentioned that his own 162-hour no-sleep stream wasn't recognized by Guinness World Records because he didn't want to pay for someone to validate the footage.
Many viewers congratulated PrimeTime on achieving this impressive milestone on Kick, with some noting that they had followed his previous attempts on his Facebook streams and were pleased to see him finally succeed. However, there were also concerns expressed about his health, with some viewers urging him to get some rest after breaking the world record.
Across various streaming platforms, viewers appear to be entertained by intense challenges on stream, often involving creators pushing their physical limits. One notable example is when Apex Legends streamer iiTzTimmy streamed for 54 hours without sleep, aiming to go from the Bronze to Predator rank while live on Twitch in 2021. The final hours of his stream garnered the attention of over 100,000 viewers, including fellow content creators, who were eager to witness his success in real-time.
It's true and undeniable that streamers' no-sleep challenges and even their general lack of sleep on regular days can potentially lead to health problems in the future (don’t try this guys, it’s not cool). This has been a concern raised by fans of streamers like xQc, who have expressed worry about the impact of poor sleeping habits on their health. It's important to remember that sleep deficiency is often linked to chronic diseases and mental health issues. As such, both streamers and their viewers should exercise caution and prioritize their well-being, ensuring that risky no-sleep challenges are kept to a minimum and balanced with adequate rest. Health should always come first.
