Lies of P: Overture introduces the eerie Freaky Zoo, a terrifying new level filled with twisted creatures and dark secrets.
Players are still fascinated by Lies of P, thanks in part to Neowiz’s adaptation of well-known fairy tales. The Overture DLC will take the game into further territory that includes horrifying and distorted designs. Because of this, the Krat Zoo appears, face-to-face with players, offering horrifying, challenging and bewitching scenes throughout.
Tucked within a snowy zone past Krat, the Krat Zoo is cut off from the busy, ruined streets of the original game. At first, participants reached the forest, slowly discovering how to access the entrance of what was a place of teaching and public enjoyment. There are beasts whose movements are all over the place to fool players and then there are creatures that use the tight design of the zoo to their advantage. Consequently, players must make use of planning and good timing, rather than relying on violent moves.
Previously calm displays at the Krat Zoo have been replaced by warped hybrids created by long-ago experiments. Since both the mechanical and organic creatures are designed to be unlike anything in nature, they easily confuse and trouble players. Each meeting with malformed monsters or crazy animal costumes makes the psychological fear here even stronger.
It isn’t only the fighting in Krat Zoo that makes it different; it’s also the way it tells the stories of its locations. During their travels, players come across what’s left of the zoo’s previous years' damaged signs, wrecked souvenir shops, red-stained caretaker logs, and animated animals acting by themselves. Little hints in the story show what led the zoo to corruption, suffering, and failure.
The new content from Overture goes deeper into what makes the Lies of P universe unique. This new haunting level reflects Neowiz’s dedication to told tales, interesting environments, and exciting gameplay.
