Team BDS created history in Riyadh, became three-time world champions

Team BDS has once again won the Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup title. This is their third consecutive world championship and they have created history with this win. They defeated Brazil's team w7m esports in the grand finals.
Team BDS dominated the maps of Clubhouse, Consulate and Oregon. They took a 4-2 lead in the opening map Clubhouse and then won the map by winning three rounds after a side swap. They also took a 4-2 lead on Consulate and eventually won the match 7-3. On Oregon, Team BDS completely defeated w7m esports.
They took a 5-1 lead in the attacking half and then won the match in just two rounds after a side swap.
This win is also special because it is their third consecutive BO5 series win. Earlier, they defeated Team Falcons in 2021 and M80 in 2022. Interestingly, each time they have won 3-0. Team BDS has performed brilliantly even after the change from French to English-speaking roster. They won the first split of Europe
League 2024 and also reached the grand finals of BLAST R6 Major Manchester.
