Recent Gameplay Trailer reveals Nina William’s return

The 37-minute “New Gameplay Mechanics Introduction” trailer for Tekken 8 features the “Rage” System, “Recovery” gauge, and control styles.

A recent gameplay trailer by Bandai Namco Entertainment Studios revealed that Nina Williams would return as a playable character in Tekken 8. Nina William has a frigid and aloof personality, as could be seen since her debut in the first game of the Tekken Franchise.

Nina Williams is featured as a fearless fighter with a new outfit to boot, which is a purple dress, paired with a leather jacket and sunglasses. She also has a bob cut in this new look.

The trailer highlights Nina's gameplay, in which she uses a combination of martial arts and firearms to keep the offensive on her opponent. Nina's special 'Rage Art' move, in which she flips and continues to ventilate her opponent with her handguns before eventually finishing them out with a massive palm blow, can also be seen in the trailer.

Other than Nina Williams, gamers can spot Jin Kazama, Kazuya Mishima, Jun Kazama, King, Paul, Marshall Law, Jack-8, and Lars in the game as the playable characters.

Closed Alpha Test for Tekken 8 to be conducted soon

The first test will be held at EVO Japan 2023 (in the next month). To participate, players must apply through a special website, which will be available later this month.

Tekken 8 is in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
