Delta Force 1/21 Update: Operator Tweaks and Map Fixes You Need to Know
The latest Delta Force update delivers significant gameplay improvements, balancing adjustments, and bug fixes to enhance the overall experience.

The most recent update for Delta Force, launched 21 January, introduces major operator balance changes and lots of bug fixes to enhance the game without affecting matchmaking or downtime. Players should look forward to a balanced operation with numerous optimizations for various game modes and maps.
Operator Balance Tweaks
One of the key adjustments comes with the operator Sineva. In both modes, her EOD Set Damage Reduction has been increased from 30% to 50%, making her a more resilient choice for players. Additionally, the Shield Turning Speed Limit has been improved from 360°/s to 540°/s, offering more responsive movement.
In Warfare, Sineva’s Grapple Gun cooldown has been reduced from 15 seconds to 10 seconds, improving mobility and playstyle. Other changes include increased Observation Window health (from 100 to 150), better damage mitigation for bullets and explosions, and an enhanced Tactical Gear Capture Bonus (from 5 to 10 points). Moreover, the reaction time after being hit by a Grapple Gun is now quicker (0.4s instead of 0.6s), while shield bash damage has been boosted from 35 to 55.

For Operations, the Grapple Gun cooldown has been reduced even further, now taking only 25 seconds to recharge. Sineva’s EOD Set removal time has also been decreased dramatically from 4.6 seconds to 1.6 seconds, streamlining gameplay and boosting tactical flexibility.
Map Adjustments and Fixes
On the map front, Trainwreck has seen several changes in both Attack and Defend and King of the Hill modes. Attackers now have access to additional light vehicles at Sector B, while defenders get an FSV Wheeled Tank Destroyer for more defensive power. Additionally, vehicle spawn issues and terrain adjustments have been addressed to improve overall flow and infantry movement.
Knife Edge map also received several adjustments, including new ORV unlocks for attackers and changes to key areas (A1, B1, C1, etc.) to enhance gameplay.
Bug Fixes and Optimizations
Bug fixes have addressed various display and functional issues, including overlapping items in Layali Grove, squadmate spectator UI problems, and display glitches in Brakkesh. Also, several optimizations were made to improve vehicle performance, including better vehicle exits after flipping over.
