PMGO 2025 Prelims Day 1: GOAT leads standings after six intense matches.

The first day of the PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) 2025 Prelims wrapped up on April 10, with all 16 competing teams playing six matches each. The second and final day of this stage will determine which squads advance, but Day 1 already offered standout performances and set the tone for fierce competition.
GOAT Quality came out strong, finishing at the top of the leaderboard with 61 points and securing two Chicken Dinners. Their consistent gameplay gave them a slight edge over AKE Cyber, who followed closely in second place with 58 points and one match win.
Black Esports rounded out the top three, collecting 53 points and also grabbing a Chicken Dinner. Fenerbahçe Esports and THE721 AGGRESSOR held the fourth and fifth spots, ending the day with 44 and 38 points respectively.
Mid-table saw teams like Dope Esports LLC, Divergent Gaming, and KZE Underage battling for better placement, scoring between 32 and 37 points. Trained to Kill and NEPX Esports closed the day tied at 30 points each.
R8 Esports, known for their seasoned roster, finished 11th with 29 points. iKURD Esports followed with 27, while both XOTICS and UPGRADE tied at 24 points. K21 Esports secured 22 points, while Action Esports had a tough day, managing just 5 points.
