Asia Pacific Predator League 2022: India's Team HAVK accomplishes best-ever finish from an Indian PUBG team at an International event

The PUBG LAN tournament went on for three days and Team HAVK managed to grab a respectable tenth-place finish.

Asia Pacific Predator League 2022 Grand Finals have concluded with Genius Esports crowned as champions in PUBG. However, there was an impressive performance showcased by Team HAVK who represented India at the PUBG International event. They finished 10th and it is the best finish by an Indian PUBG team at an international event. Here’s a closer look at the performance from Team HAVK and the final day of Asia Pacific Predator League 2022.

Asia’s best teams made their way to Asia Pacific Predator League 2022. The PUBG LAN tournament went on for three days and Team HAVK managed to grab a respectable tenth-place finish. Team HAVK accumulated a total of 64 points, split evenly between finish points and placement points. Team HAVK finished tenth in the end, just two points below Macan Semeru who finished in ninth place.

However, they could not grab a WWCD (Winner Winner Chicken Dinner) during the course of the tournament. Team HAVK had the opportunity to get a win in the last match of the Grand Finals when they were one of the last two squads left, battling it out against Malaysia’s SDV2 (SHUAIGEDUI V2). SDV2 managed to grab the win in the end, moving them from 6th place to 5th in the final rankings. 

A total of 16 teams participated in the Asia Pacific Predator League 2022 which took place on 11-13 November. Each team made it to the big stage after earning a place through regional qualifiers.

Asia Pacific Predator League 2022 ended with Genius Esports taking home the prize as well as $75,000 out of the $120,000 total prize pool. DAMWON Gaming finished as runner-ups and won $30,000 whereas third-placed ArkAngel were awarded $15,000.
