In addition to the second lawsuit, the Consumer protection agency of Poland also announced that it is monitoring and investigating CD Projekt Red. According to Polish newspaper, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, UOKiK, the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection is monitoring the situation around the Cyberpunk 2077 launch. UOKiK has asked CD Projekt Red to provide an explanation about the problems in the game launch. It is also checking how the company is working to fix the issues along with the situation around the refunds.

Finally, we also saw some new information around the game from Steam where Cyberpunk 2077 was finally outsold in the weekly sales chart. The game managed to hold the top spot for 7 weeks, or close to two months since its release. Now, the Survival game Rust from Facepunch toppled Cyberpunk 2077 to take the top spot.
