The gameplay is of about 20 minutes involving one segment/dungeon, as stated by revanchisto, the Reddit user.

Dragon Age Dreadwolf leaked gameplay

The gameplay is within the Headquarters of Gray Warden fortress in Weisshaupt and seemingly looks like it is entirely underground as it’s dark, although it is clearly not. The user further stated about the player character who is an Elvish “Knight” Class, who has a sword and shield with them along with two party members (a knight and a female dwarf rogue)

The objective of the game, as stated by revanchisto, is to fight through the Darkspawn to get to the library. But as the players would be doing so, a huge dragon would be attacking them from above, as it's a ‘Dragon Age’.

“As the character was a sword and shield dude, he was able to parry attacks from enemies and follow up with counters. It's hard to tell their exact abilities, they only had two on hotkeys along with a special. But one appears to basically be a dropkick and the other a charged sword attack. I'm not sure exactly what the special attack does”, wrote the Reddit user.

It is also mentioned in the Reddit post that the combat is completely in real-time, similar to a hack-and-hash and that the guiding reference point was the God of War (2018) which can also be seen in the gameplay. Additionally, the animation quality has improved in comparison to the previous BioWare games. The “jumping” has also been retained in DAI.
