Along with a new game mode, the update includes many additions to the main story campaign for Ghostwire: Tokyo, according to Bethesda Softworks.

A new mode will be found in the main menu of Ghostwire: Tokyo wherein the players must “navigate a 30-stage gauntlet assembled from over 130 handcrafted levels with one simple goal: get to the end”. Other than that, new locations will be added to visit in the streets of supernatural Tokyo. New missions and extended story cutscenes will also be there with the Spider’s Thread update.
