Sifu arriving to Xbox and Steam in March 2023

Sifu, the popular beat 'em up video game, is now coming to Xbox and Steam. Developer and publisher Sloclap’s hit martial arts brawler will hit the Xbox and Steam platforms in March 2023. Players will also receive a major content update for free when it arrives on the two new platforms. 

Sifu new update

This update is called the Arenas and it will add nine new maps to Sifu. These new maps will feature combat challenges which upon completion, will reward players. Players can unlock new items by completing these new challenges. Items like new outfits, combat moves and cheats can be unlocked when the new update drops.

Sifu movie-adaptation

Sifu is also reportedly up for a live-movie adaptation. Deadline reported that the movie will be made by John Wick writer Derek Kolstad and described this upcoming movie as "John Wick meets M. Night Shyamalan's Old". The report says Sifu’s adaptation will retain the plot of the video game.
