Xbox Game Pass adds a bunch of new games in October, including A Plague Tale: Requiem, and all other latest updates from Xbox

New titles continue to join Xbox Game Pass this month, with multiple Day One release; a highly anticipated game, A Plague Tale: Requiem is also set to launch. Check out all about the new October additions to Xbox Game Pass right here, and more.

Xbox Game Pass has brought in a major refresh in its catalog of games for October. The very first week brought in titles like Chivalry 2, The Walking Dead (Season 1&2), and Medieval Dynasty. This week we received new titles like Space Roguelike Adventure, Costume Quest, Asttergios: Curse of Stars and Bloodwash. A Day One with Game Pass title, Eville, was also added to the service, along with its global launch yesterday. That is already a number of new games on the list, and that isn’t all. Four new titles, now optimized for Xbox have landed on the service today. Additionally, the biggest game of the month is yet to come- A Plague Tale: Requiem. A Plague Tale: Requiem 

This sequel to 2019’s critically acclaimed, A Plague Tale: Innocence, is one of the most awaited launches of this month. It is launching as a Day One release on Xbox Game Pass for Xbox Series X/S consoles, Cloud and PC. It will take the journey forward of the brother-sister duo, through a historic adventure set in the backdrop of the Hundred Years’ Wars and the Black Death. 

Now, as usual, some other titles will be leaving the service as well to make space for the new entries. That means, it will be your last chance to grab a few games for free this October 15th.  Here’s the list of games leaving the Game Pass library on October 15th.

In other news, Xbox launched a new wireless custom controller on October 11th- the Lunar Shift Special Edition. It’s the second addition to the Shift Special Edition controllers, after the Aqua Shift. The Lunar Shift is priced at Rs 6,390 ERP, just like the Aqua Shift, and can be availed from online retailers like Flipkart and Amazon.
