At the Ubisoft Forward showcase, XDefiant made an important announcement about its upcoming Season 1, revealing its release date and revealing a host of exciting new features that players can look forward to
The first season of XDefiant is scheduled to launch on July 2, a highly anticipated date for fans eagerly awaiting new experiences in the game. With about three weeks left until the release, players can look forward to an upgrade to their game. Giving enthusiasts a sneak peek of what’s in store, a full preview of XDefiant Season 1 will be unveiled on July 1, just one day before the official launch.
Highlights of XDefiant Season 1 include the introduction of a new faction called GSK, which joins the five existing factions: Libertad, Phantoms, Echelon, Cleaners, DeadSec and in addition, players can check out allow for three new maps, each set to be released monthly: Clubhouse; Daytona, Rockefeller.
Also, the popular Capture the Flag game mode will be making its debut in XDefiant, which will be marked as the sixth game mode added to the gameplay. This mode will complement the existing lineup, including Domination, Occupy, HotShot, Escort, and Zone Control.
Also, the first season will introduce an updated rank progression system, which will promise an improved gameplay experience for players who want to climb the ranks and though these announcements from the trailer are tantalizing teasers though, but players can expect more content to be released in the first season.
