Campfire Cooking in Another World Season 2 Confirmed for October 2025

Good news for Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill fans! Season 2 has been officially announced. It will start in October 2025. A teaser trailer has been released. The trailer shows a new character. It also confirms that the main staff and voice actors are coming back.

The anime is about Tsuyoshi Mukouda, a normal office worker who gets sent to a fantasy world by accident. Unlike other heroes, his special power isn’t fighting, it’s something called an Online Supermarket. This lets him buy food and items from modern Japan. Using his cooking skills, he makes tasty meals that magical creatures love, helping him make new friends in this strange world.

 

Campfire Cooking in Another World Season 2: Introducing Dora-chan, Voiced by Ayumu Murase

A big surprise in the teaser trailer is a new character: Dora-chan. This small dragon adds more fun to the story. Dora-chan's voice will be given by Ayumu Murase. He is famous for playing Shoyo Hinata in Haikyuu!! and Kage in Ranking of Kings. Fans are excited about his casting.

Studio MAPPA will make Season 2 again. They are known for great animation and have a strong reputation in the anime world. But the studio has been criticized for how it treats workers. Animator Ippei Ichii said some animators were paid only ¥3,800. This is much lower than the usual ¥15,000. Despite this, fans are still excited for Season 2. They hope MAPPA will make another great season.

Kiyoshi Matsuda is coming back as the director for Season 2. Michiko Yokote will handle the story, and Nao Otsu will do the character designs.
