Hinokami Chronicles 2 trailer reveals Hashira Training content and teases Infinity Castle DLC.

A trailer of Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2, and it’s getting close to release time. People who pre-ordered the Deluxe version can get into it early from July 31, which is like five days before the full launch on August 5. The new trailer shows some fresh gameplay, and mostly it’s about stuff going on till the Hashira Training part of the story.

They put out many shots from battles and scenes where characters are having important dialogues. Looks like visuals got more polish this time, and the fighting is more intense. You can see Tanjiro, Nezuko, and the big Hashira group getting ready for serious fights ahead. It’s very close to how the anime went, and fans probably will see their favorite parts coming in playable form.

This one is building on the first Hinokami Chronicles game, but it feels bigger and deeper. Whether you want solo missions or go versus with friends, the game is trying to make space for both. And it is also holding strong with its anime-style drama, along with the fight systems.

Infinity Castle Pass, Muzan free add-on coming later

SEGA is already talking about what’s going to be added after launch, too. There's a Character Pass which focuses on the Infinity Castle Arc. They didn’t show all details for that yet, but it’s for sure going to bring some new characters and maybe story stuff too. People are expecting some big names to show up.

Also, they said a free update will be coming that makes Muzan Kibutsuji playable in the Versus Mode. That one got fans hyped, cause he’s the main villain and has never been playable before in this series. It's not clear how he's going to fight yet, but just having him in-game is exciting news for many.

The movie trilogy starts in Japan, rest of the world soon

Meanwhile, the Demon Slayer anime is also continuing strong outside the game. The Infinity Castle movie trilogy has begun in Japan already—the first movie dropped July 18, and it’s already breaking some theater records over there. Audiences showed up for it.

Now it’s also going global soon. People in the US and Canada can start seeing it on September 12. Crunchyroll still has all the previous seasons and arcs on stream, sub and dub both, for those who want to catch up or rewatch.

Between the launch of this game and the movies, Demon Slayer is getting a lot of attention right now. Whether it’s playing or watching, fans are gonna stay busy through the rest of this year.
