Sony Confirms Solo Leveling as Crunchyroll’s #1 Anime of All Time

Solo Leveling becomes the most-watched anime in Crunchyroll history, confirmed by Sony’s 2025 report, with fans now awaiting news on Season 3
It is now official—Solo Leveling is the most watched anime ever on Crunchyroll. This was confirmed recently at Sony’s Business Segment Presentation & Fireside Chat 2025. There was a PDF in the Music Segment (Japan) part that mention it clear: Solo Leveling was rank #1 in Crunchyroll View Count History by the end of March 2025.
The anime was made with help from Aniplex, who co-produce it, and their studio A-1 Pictures did all the animation. It already had a lot of buzz before, and now with this info, it’s pretty clear how big the show has become.
Loved by Fans and Recognized with Awards
Earlier report already said that Solo Leveling was most watched new anime in 2024. Also, it topped all anime chart in the first quarter of 2025. These number come from Kakao Entertainment, the one who publish the series.
And not just numbers—Aleks Le, who voice Sung Jinwoo in English, also got an award recently. He won the Astra Award for Best Lead Voice-Over Performance. That shows the impact not only in views but in the quality too.
Streaming and Waiting
You can watch Solo Leveling in Crunchyroll, both English sub and dub version. That for sure helped more people to watch it. Though, Season 3 has not been announced yet. Lot of peoples are talking about it, and staffs had said some things, but nothing confirm now.

It’s a show that got action, emotion and also mystery together. Maybe that is why it get such huge fans all over the world.
No new season yet, but looking how big this anime become, it kind of expected that more will come soon. For now, the Crunchyroll crown is Solo Leveling's, and no show seem going beat that for a while.
