Overwatch 2 and One-Punch Man event: All that you need to know including the release date and skins available 

Overwatch 2 is introducing its first major collaboration, the One-Punch Man X Overwatch 2 event. This collaboration will provide players with some incredible anime skins, new cosmetic items, and some new challenges as well. Not only that, but a custom-loading skin showcasing the One-Punch Man anime has also been added to the game.

One-Punch Man X Overwatch 2 event release date

The One-Punch Man event started on March 7, 2023, and would run until April 6, 2023. So the Overwatch 2 players have about a month’s time to explore the universe of One-Punch Man anime in the game.

One-Punch Man X Overwatch 2 rewards and skins

Blizzard has shared the details of the event in its One Punch Man X Overwatch 2 blog post. All three skins, as well as other new One-Punch Man cosmetics, will be part of the special store bundles.

 

 

Gamers will get to see a Saitama Skin for Doomfist which includes the classic yellow suit and a white cape, embodying Saitama's distinctive trait of defeating any enemy with a single punch. Other than that, Genji will be transformed from a cybernetic ninja to Genos, the cybernetic brawler. Kiriko will have a Terrible Tornado costume. The skins will be available at a discount when purchased together.

One-Punch Man X Overwatch 2 challenges and rewards 

Players in Overwatch 2 can play unranked, competitive, or arcade game modes to receive up to six different free rewards. Following are the challenges and their rewards that players can acquire:

• 4 games played – Saitama’s Fist Weapon Charm
• 8 games played – Mumen Rider Name Card
• 12 games played – Cyclist of Justice Victory Pose for Soldier: 76
• 16 games played – Justice Crash Highlight Intro for Soldier: 76
• 20 games played – Boros Weapon Charm
• 24 games played – Legendary Mumen Rider-Soldier: 76 skin
