PUBG Mobile x Godzilla collaboration returns with leaked skins, outfits, and more. Exciting updates await!
The gaming community is buzzing with anticipation as recent leaks suggest that PUBG Mobile is set to revive its popular collaboration with Godzilla. While an official confirmation is still pending, teasers and leaks have ignited excitement among players worldwide.
Leaked Rewards: Skins, Outfits, and More
Alongside the teaser, reliable PUBG Mobile leaker Mad Tamizha has revealed that the collaboration will introduce a range of exclusive in-game items, including:
- Mythic outfits inspired by Godzilla
- Weapon skins featuring the legendary kaiju’s theme
- Vehicle skins incorporating Godzilla-like elements
- Companion skins, possibly introducing a mini-Godzilla pet
These additions aim to enhance the gameplay experience for both long-time fans and newcomers.
PUBG Mobile Hints at Godzilla’s Return
Speculation about the collaboration began when PUBG Mobile’s official X (formerly Twitter) account posted an intriguing teaser, stating, “The ocean shudders—what will rise?” The post was accompanied by an image showing the colossal monster lurking beneath the waters near Erangel’s Military Base bridge. This has led many to believe that Godzilla is poised to make a dramatic return to the game.
However, unlike past partnerships that featured Legendary’s MonsterVerse, this time, the official teaser points toward a collaboration with Toho Co., Ltd., the creators of the original Godzilla franchise.
Toho's Godzilla, which was created in the original 1954 film Gojira, differs significantly from that of Hollywood. The franchise over the years has changed to be influenced by culture and history. One of the most acclaimed movies, Shin Godzilla (2016), took the Best Picture at the 40th Japan Academy Film Prize.
Adding to the excitement, PUBG Mobile’s 3.7 update recently reintroduced classic Erangel landmarks, including its well-known bridges. Given the teaser’s setting, there’s speculation that Godzilla may make its return to this very location, mirroring past collaborations.
