Valkyrae, Cinna, and Emiru Threatened by Stalker During Livestream

  • March 04, 2025 (UPDATED: March 04, 2025 18:56 IST)

Valkyrae, Cinna, and Emiru faced a terrifying stalker incident during their livestream.

A chilling incident unfolded during Valkyrae, Cinna, and Emiru’s recent ‘Sis-a-thon’ livestream, where the trio faced a terrifying encounter with a stalker. The situation escalated on March 2, 2025, at a theme park when an individual began following and threatening them—all of which was captured live on stream.

What Happened to Valkyrae, Cinna, and Emiru?

During a Ferris wheel ride, the stalker first approached Cinna, asking for her phone number. In an attempt to deflect the situation, she jokingly replied that she "didn't know how to use a phone." Unfortunately, the man continued to follow the group even after they tried to walk away.

The situation quickly became more dangerous when the individual started making violent threats, allegedly saying he would "k*ll" them. This prompted the streamers to flee while repeatedly pleading with him to stop. Security was alerted, and authorities were called to handle the matter.

Community Reactions and Concerns

Clips of the terrifying encounter spread rapidly across social media, with fans expressing deep concern for the streamers’ safety. Many have called for increased security for content creators, particularly during IRL (In Real Life) streams, where such risks are heightened.

A Reddit user commented, “This is why so many female streamers avoid IRL content. It’s terrifying how often things like this happen.” Another added, “The fear on their faces is heartbreaking. Never shame streamers for having extra security—it’s better to be safe.”

Valkyrae and Cinna Respond

After the incident, Valkyrae reassured fans via social media, saying, "We are all okay and have been with the police. We’ve decided to end the marathon early to process everything. Thank you for all the love and support."

Cinna also shared a similar message, expressing gratitude to their audience while acknowledging the emotional toll the event had on them.

Growing Concerns About Streamer Safety

The incident has sparked broader conversations about the safety of online personalities. Popular Twitch streamer QTCinderella called for urgent action, stating, “This is terrifying. The fact that female creators have to worry about being stalked or attacked just for existing online is unacceptable.”

Fellow streamer xChocoBars echoed these concerns, urging law enforcement to treat stalking threats with greater seriousness.

Ongoing Investigation

Details about the stalker remain undisclosed, but reports suggest this may not have been his first attempt at approaching the streamers. While authorities are involved, concerns remain about whether enough is being done to protect content creators from similar threats in the future.

This alarming incident is yet another reminder of the dangers posed by parasocial relationships and the urgent need for stronger protections for public figures—both online and offline.
