Aikatsu and Pripara Crossover Movie Set for October 10: Watch the First Full Trailer Now
The first full trailer for Aikatsu x Pripara: Deai no Kiseki is out now, teasing the idol anime crossover film set to premiere in October 2025

The full trailer for “Aikatsu! x Pripara THE MOVIE -Deai no Kiseki!” is out already, and people are getting very hyped about it. The movie's releasing in Japan on October 10, which isn’t so far, honestly. The trailer shows that both idol worlds are finally meeting in one big show. It's not just about dancing and singing. Some scenes also look emotional.
The trailer also has a part of a new song called “Happy Tuning.” It sounds cheerful but also a little emotional. There are scenes full of sparkle and fun, but then suddenly it gets serious.
The director here is Takahiro Okawa, who was doing some episodes before in Aikatsu Friends! and also Aikatsu on Parade!. The script is by Michihiro Tsuchiya. The studio is Bandai Namco Pictures, which most fans probably already know very well. Also, Ryuichi Kimura from Aikatsu! and Makoto Moriwaki from Pripara are supervising the project. It looks like both teams are putting good energy into it equally, which is nice.
Yui’s Dreams with Laala’s Surprise Trouble
The story it’s about Yui, just a normal girl living in Paparajuku who is always dreaming of becoming an idol someday. Her friends, they sometimes laugh a bit, saying she’s dreaming too much again. Then one day, suddenly a new PriPara park opened in town, and idol Laala came there too. But things do not go smoothly. Out of nowhere, some system issue happens, and it stops Laala from doing her PriPara change. No one expected that at all, so it felt kind of wrong timing, really.

Now with this big shiny crossover, a mix of serious idol feelings, and both old and fresh characters, the movie could maybe turn out different than usual. Some parts look happy, others not so much. As the release day comes closer, I'm probably going to talk about it more and more. It feels like this film might leave some strong impression, maybe even becoming one special highlight of the year.
