Genshin Impact's latest update introduces players to the vibrant region of Natlan, where new challenges and achievements await. The quest involves finding the lost Urubamba Saurians, cute little reptiles that have wandered off. By helping their trainer, Urubamba, track them down, you'll earn rewards and get closer to unlocking the exclusive "I Am Speed" achievement. If you’re aiming to complete this task efficiently, we’ve put together a detailed guide to ensure you find all the missing Saurians with ease.
Your journey begins in the Atocpan region of Natlan, just south of the Lava Dragon Statue boss. Use the nearest Teleport Waypoint to reach this location quickly. Here, you’ll encounter Urubamba, the Saurian Trainer, who will enlist your help in reuniting his missing companions. After accepting his commission, it's time to start your search!
Locations of All Eight Urubamba Saurians
First Three Saurians
The first set of Saurians is relatively easy to find. Travel south from Urubamba’s location, where you’ll spot three of the creatures gathered nearby. To bring them back, use a nearby Tatankasaur transformation ability to approach them. Break the floating cube in the area, and they will immediately return to their trainer.
Fourth Saurian
The fourth missing Saurian is east of the Teleport Waypoint. As you reach the area, you’ll find it being chased by a Hilichurl. Engage in combat, defeat the enemy, and the Saurian will make its way back to Urubamba.
Fifth Saurian
Head slightly north from where you found the fourth Saurian. This one is playfully chasing a baby Teptelisaurus. Simply approach it and interact when the "Catch" prompt appears, and it will safely return to its trainer.
Sixth Saurian
Moving further east, you’ll come across another missing Saurian. This one is fixated on chasing a Monetoo. Transform into a nearby Saurian to scare off the Monetoo, allowing the young reptile to return home.
Seventh Saurian
Now, travel southwest to find the seventh Saurian. Unfortunately, this one is surrounded by a group of Hilichurls. Defeat them in battle, and the Saurian will be free to reunite with Urubamba.

Eighth and Final Saurian
The last Saurian is hidden inside a cave. As you emerge on the other side, you’ll stumble upon a Hilichurl camp. Clear out the enemies, and you’ll have successfully rescued the final Saurian.
Once all eight Saurians have been found, return to Urubamba to deliver the good news. As a token of appreciation, you’ll receive several treasure chests containing valuable items. By completing the Master Trainer Challenge here, you can unlock the "I Am Speed" achievement, marking a big milestone in your Genshin Impact journey.
