Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 adds exciting new playlists and a limited-time crossover event in its June 2025 update.

Treyarch has announced a new playlist update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 as part of what it’s doing in Season 4. The main goal in the June 2025 update was to add more variety to players’ experiences, so several playlist rotations were put in place that offer classic gameplay and seasonal objective modes mixed together. They help the game stay current and accessible to people who keep using it.

New songs added recently are:
- Mercenary Moshpit – In this mode, meant for single players, you are not permitted parties, so you play against strangers and need to focus on personal tactics and coordination.
- Team Elimination – Here, players are split into teams and play in several rounds where survival and smarter play matter.
- Season 4 Moshpit – A rotating selection of new and returning Season 4 maps that gives players a chance to explore the latest content.
- Small Map Moshpit – Designed for intense, fast-paced combat, this playlist is optimized for close-quarters action across compact arenas.
- Chaos Nuketown – Returning due to popular demand, this version of Nuketown embraces its chaotic roots, delivering rapid respawns and relentless action. Many fans are calling for its permanent inclusion, with requests for a 14v14 variant to amplify the mayhem.
At the same time, there is a short-term event happening called Ballerina which will take place from June 5 to June 12. Based on the upcoming film with Ana de Armas, the event brings in-game success for Eve Macarro, her character. You can find themed items, plus the Essex Model 07 Marksman Rifle skin and exclusive nunchaku weapon design for the BlackCell group.
Black Ops 6 first appeared in October 2024 and since then, it has received regular content updates. It has introduced some new maps and weapons and also enabled players to encounter “Grief” again in Zombies. As the game is set to receive more updates, the franchise stays lively and looks ahead.
