Dress to Impress Valentine’s Quest Chapter 2: Complete Guide to Unlocking Chests & Beating the Obby!

The Dress to Impress team has launched the highly anticipated Valentine's Day update, packed with exciting content, including a revamped lobby, new outfits, and free codes!

This guide will walk you through completing the challenges in Chapter 2. Be sure you've finished the previous chapter before proceeding. The setting for this chapter is a magma castle, exuding a dark, vampiric atmosphere that may feel eerie.

Upon entering Agamemnon's domain, a new icon will appear on the right side of your screen, indicating the four chests you must locate and unlock to advance to the next area.

First chest location

To find the first chest, start at the center island in front of the locked door. Head left and follow the path until you reach a small pond. Swim through the pond to access the chest.

To unlock it, complete the "Find the Match" minigame. This memory-based game displays a set of matching cards before flipping them over. You have five attempts to find all the pairs correctly.

Tip: Taking a screenshot of the card layout before they flip can make the game easier.

Second chest location

Return to the first chest’s island, then take a left to enter an area cluttered with furniture. This chest is somewhat hidden, so follow these steps to locate it:

1. Walk straight from the entrance, ignoring the first turn.

2. At the very end, turn left.

3. Jump over the bookshelf and turn right.

4. Cross the shelves and turn left.

5. Continue straight, then turn right at the end of the corridor.

6. Jump over the obstacles, then turn left.

7. Keep going straight through the narrow passage.

8. At the end, turn right to find a large stack of crates—the chest is behind them.

To unlock this chest, complete the "Click the Butterfly" minigame. You'll be shown a butterfly card, which is then shuffled among others. Track its movement and click on it correctly three times to open the chest.

Third chest location 

Head back to the spawn island and take the right-side bridge. The environment will darken as you enter this area, but the chest emits a red glow, making it easier to spot.

Look for the twisted trees—behind one on the right side of the arena, you'll find the chest.

This chest requires you to play another round of "Find the Match." Since you only have five attempts, you may want to take a screenshot of the initial layout to help identify the correct pairs

Fourth chest location 

Return to the spawn island and cross the opposite bridge to reach the ruins. Keep walking straight, climb the stairs, and locate the chest behind the large tree.

To open it, play "Click the Butterfly" once more. Keep track of the butterfly card as it shuffles and click on it three times to complete the minigame. Once you unlock this chest, you’ll have collected all the required hearts to proceed.

To open the door

After opening all four chests, you’ll be teleported to the locked door. To unlock it, you must complete another minigame. A bar displaying four colors will appear—memorize the sequence. Once the timer starts, walk to the statue matching the correct color and click on it.

You must complete this minigame three times to obtain the three keys needed to unlock the door. Once done, step inside and click the orb to activate it.

Final Challenge – The Obby (Obstacle Course)

Beyond the door lies a lava-filled obstacle course that tests precision and skill.

• Moving & Disappearing Platforms: Time your jumps carefully on unstable platforms.

• Lighting the Orbs: Interact with glowing orbs along the path to progress.

• 2D Platforming Sections: Some areas switch to a side-scrolling view, requiring different movement.

• Checkpoint System: Falling into lava respawns you at the last checkpoint, so you won’t have to start over entirely.

At the end of the obby, enter the red portal to complete Chapter 2 of the Valentine's Quest
