The Fortnite Summer Road Trip 2025 event has already begun, giving players many different quests and rewards to complete during the summer period. This event is having a road trip and summer vacation type theme, and running through July and continuing into August. Players need to do various missions, explore map areas, and use vehicles for finishing tasks. Below shows all things included in this event.
Summer Road Trip Quests: Tasks You Must Finish
There are nine total quests that are included in the Summer Road Trip event. These quests are not available together but are getting unlocked weekly in parts. First week have three quests, then more come in second and third week. You can find all the quests in Quest Menu under the event tab.
Few quests are looking like this:

Drive inside vehicle across biomes without stepping outside

Refuel vehicle at many gas stations located around the island

Help team with eliminating enemies while you are riding a car

Dance in any area with summer decorations or props
Each of the quests is rewarding 15,000 XP, which is good for increasing Battle Pass level. After players complete all nine quests, they also get one extra special bonus reward unlocked.
Rewards from the Event: What Players Can Claim
By doing the quests, players can unlock cosmetic items which are made for the summer theme. These items are not sold in shop, and are only available if you complete tasks from this event. The list of rewards is as follows:

Back Bling: Cooler Cruiser, that looks like small drink cooler

Pickaxe: Popsicle Slicer, design as half-melted ice candy

Weapon Wrap: Sunset Vibe, covered with pink-orange gradient like sunset sky

Loading Screen: Tropical Tour, showing characters driving to beach

Emote: Sunscreen Shuffle, a dance which throws beach balls and sparkles
Finishing all the quests will unlock the Highway Heat Outfit - a fun, summery skin for one of Fortnite’s existing heroes. It’s got sunglasses, a beachy shirt, and even slippers to match the vibe.
Want to Finish Quests Quicker?
If you were in case looking to wrap things up faster, it is a really good idea to jump into the Team Rumble or Squads. These modes make it easier to get help from teammates. Yes, especially with things like vehicle challenges or assist eliminations. Also, grabbing a car from a nearby gas station or race area can save time on those biome-related quests.
The map has seen a few changes for the event too. There are new summer camps, beach party zones, and even some shops decked out in decorations - all of which are tied to quests and can help you level up faster.
