Fortnite x WWE Leaks and What To Expect

The leaked news indicates a complete package that costs 2,800 V-Bucks and will feature not just the Cody Rhodes and The Undertaker attire (allegedly costing 1,500 V-Bucks each) but also a set of themed cosmetics.

These are reported to include back blings like The Undertaker's urn and Cody Rhodes' "Nightmare Mantle" (300 V-Bucks a piece), pickaxes like Cody's Cutlass and Taker's Shovel (800 V-Bucks a piece), an "American Nightmare" weapon wrap (500 V-Bucks), and exclusive emotes for each of the wrestlers, the "WOOOAAHH!" and "Urn'd Respect" emotes (300 V-Bucks each). Players will also be able to buy them separately.

Cody Rhodes is the current Undisputed WWE Champion, and The Undertaker is a wrestling legend, being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year, on the occasion of his 35th anniversary in the wrestling business. He is also the cover athlete of the WWE 2K25 "Deadman Edition," which adds to his legendary status.

This partnership is the latest in Fortnite's line of popular characters from different areas of entertainment, such as sports, films, and music. Fortnite has had a huge history of successful collaborations, including the ones with Marvel and DC superheroes, Star Wars characters, Travis Scott and Ariana Grande, and Jujutsu Kaisen and My Hero Academia.

These crossovers often include unique gameplay elements, limited-time modes, and themed challenges, although it remains to be seen if this WWE collaboration will extend beyond cosmetic items.

The Fortnite community has responded with a great deal of enthusiasm to these leaks, with fans eagerly waiting to get the new skins and use them to portray their beloved wrestlers in the game. There are also other WWE personalities some fans have recommended for inclusion in Fortnite in the future, including Roman Reigns and Rhea Ripley.

As WrestleMania 41 nears, the appearance of Cody Rhodes and The Undertaker in Fortnite is certain to make the game and the event all the more hotly anticipated and buzzed about.
