Genshin Impact 6.0 Artifact Sets Leaked: Crescent Moon Transformation and Moon Splitting

One of the most famous and well-liked action role-playing games of HoYoverse, Genshin Impact is about to acquire the long-awaited 6.0 update. It has been revealed in recent leaks posted by social media and on other gaming forums that two new artifact sets will be added as well in this edition, namely Transformation of Crescent Moon and Moon Splitting. The developer has not verified any of this information as yet but the details have been attracting a lot of fans owing to the special mechanics that such sets may bring along.
Crescent Moon Transformation
The Crescent Moon Transformation set appears to be targeted at raising the elemental damage and critical hits when certain reactions were triggered. The 2-piece bonus gives an instant stack of +35 Elemental mastery, adding +60 buff for 24 seconds following the trigger of a Lunar elemental Reaction. This assists the character to execute more powerful combination of elements.
The 4-piece bonus is stronger even. With the occurrence of the same reaction, the character gets a +16% Crit Damage and a +8% Crit Rate that lasts 24 seconds. These bonuses are increased 75 percent when a special condition named the "New Moon" is satisfied, which would make it optimal on characters who depend heavily on their burst damage.
Moon Splitting
The Moon Splitting set of artifacts, the second one, seems to be directed at energy regeneration and team support. The 2-piece bonus provides +25 percent Energy Recharge after 24 seconds of Lunar Elemental Reaction.
Its 4-piece effect enables the wearer to accrue to three stacks of a buff known as Convergent Moon when the wearer is in the presence of nearby allies who activate Lunar Elemental Reactions. The stacks add +4 percent Energy Recharge each. As soon as there are three stacks, teammates within an aura also obtain +100 Elemental Mastery. Just like the rest of the set, the effects are multiplied by 50% when in New Moon condition.
New Element Mechanics?
Both sets appear to correspond to a novel kind of elemental reaction, and very likely to the emergent Nodkrai region. This may provide a Lunar Element and it will be the first in the game. The appearance of a reference to a New Moon effect implies a new status or environment mechanic, just like the previous regional expansions had.
We have no idea how reliable such information will be since it is conducted based on leaks, but it is a promising perspective of what Genshin Impact 6.0 will offer. These artifacts have a tremendous potential to change this game by focusing on Lunar Elemental Reactions and scalable buffs. This is a message to the players not to speculate, but wait to get official announcements before getting the right information; however, the future of Genshin Impact is bright- and perhaps lunar.
