Genshin Impact Version 5.6 introduces a new set of Event Wishes that are sure to excite both seasoned players and newcomers. With fresh characters and powerful weapons available for a limited time, this update offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your party’s combat potential. The banners will be live from the Version 5.6 update until May 27, 2025, at 17:59 server time.

The first character banner, La Chanson Cerise, features the debut of Escoffier, a 5-star Cryo character known as “Tasteful Excellence.” Alongside him, boosted 4-star characters include Ifa (Anemo), Ororon (Electro), and Layla (Cryo). Escoffier is event-exclusive and won’t appear in standard wishes later. However, Ifa will join the standard pool in the next version.
The second banner, In the Name of the Rosula, highlights Navia, a 5-star Geo character titled “Helm of the Radiant Rose.” The same 4-star characters—Ifa, Ororon, and Layla—also receive boosted drop rates here. Like Escoffier, Navia is event-exclusive.
Both banners share a wish guarantee count. Players should plan accordingly to optimize their pulls. A “Test Run” feature is available for all promoted characters, letting players try them in preset scenarios and earn small rewards.

The Epitome Invocation weapon banner offers the 5-star Polearm Symphonist of Scents and the Claymore Verdict. These event-exclusive weapons are available at increased rates. Featured 4-star weapons include The Dockhand's Assistant, Portable Power Saw, Prospector's Drill, Range Gauge, and The Widsith. Players can also use the Epitomized Path system to guarantee a specific 5-star weapon.
