Game details and what it’s all about
Hellblade 2 is being developed by Ninja Theory, and it is a direct sequel to Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice from 2017. It is a sort of psychological horror action-adventure game in which you control a woman named Senua. She is a Celtic warrior experiencing mental anguish, and the game occurs in 10th-century Viking Iceland. While in the game, you will be helping indie folk suffering under oppression, you are also dealing with Senua's psychological strife.
There are lots of improvements in this PS5 version. First, the visuals are more stunning because of Unreal Engine 5. Second, Senua’s psychological journey gets deeper with realistic hallucination effects. Then, there’s the intense melee combat that’ll make battles thrilling.

The Enhanced tag on the PS5 version means we get better graphics, shorter loading times, and controller features like adaptive triggers and haptic feedback. For PS5 Pro players, there could be even more, maybe ray tracing and full 4K visuals, which’ll make the game look incredible.
Fans have shown much excitement for this PS5 version, and many can’t wait to jump back into Senua’s intense and emotional adventure across a dark and beautiful Iceland.
