KRAFTON Acquires Majority Stake in Nautilus Mobile
This Rs 118 crore majority stake is a step towards Krafton’s commitment towards the ‘Make in India’ campaign and advancing the mobile gaming innovation in the country.

KRAFTON announced they have acquired a controlling stake in Nautilus Mobile, a Pune-based game studio that is known to make the Real Cricket franchise. The deal worth Rs 118 crore will reinforce Krafton’s commitment to invest in the growing ecosystem in the country.
Nautilus Mobile have been able to make a name for themselves in mobile sports gaming, and have established a strong brand identity along with a great reputation in making amazing games.
KRAFTON Acquires Controlling Stake in Nautilus Mobile
In 2013, Nautilus Mobile laid down the foundation of creating engaging games and went on to create one of the most popular cricket franchises. In 2020, the gaming studio got acquired by JetSynthesys, which helped them in escalating the growth of the studio and the games they developed. Before KRAFTON’s acquisition, JetSynthesys had invested Rs 40.5 crore in the Pune-based studio.
After KRAFTON’s investment, JetSynthesys will now have a minority stake in the company. Talking about the deal, Sean Hyunil Sohn, CEO, KRAFTON India said:

Anuj Mankar, CEO, Nautilus Mobile also talked about the deal and said:
