Also, the new event, Venom’s Bubble Pop, is releasing. This is going to have a skin for free, and people may be surprised who it's for.

Hero Balance Changes

The biggest change now is for Thor, who can now cancel his special mode. These are the details for heroes changing this patch:

  • Thor- Awakening Rune: Now you can cancel the Awakened state after a little time, giving more control in battle.

  • Moon Knight: Health increased from 250 to 275; he is now a bit stronger after taking damage.

  • Star-Lord- Element Guns: Damage falloff on far range is now 65% instead of 60%, which reduces his far damage.

  • Storm- Ultimate energy: Cost is now 3,400 (was 3,100). So now it takes more to use her strongest skill.

Team-Up Changes

Playing with partners also helps get a balance. Some team skills are no longer as powerful as before. These combos are getting changed:

  • Luna Snow & Hawkeye – Chilling Assault: Ice Arrow damage is now 25 instead of 30, and max damage is also lower. Stun time when over 30m is now 0.8s (was 1.5s). The damage field range is now smaller, from 3m to 1m.

  • Storm & Jeff – Jeff-nado- Devour time is now 1.5s instead of 1.2s, so take a little more time to use.

  • Rocket & Peni – Rocket Network- Spider-Nest cooldown going up from 20s to 30s, making it less spammable.

With so many heroes and team-ups getting updated, this patch is going to change how players fight and play together in Marvel Rivals. Some characters now feel stronger, while others become fairer to deal with. The new event, Venom’s Bubble Pop, also adds more excitement, and fans can get a free skin just by joining in.
