Doctor Strange crosses paths with an alternate version of himself in the movie, where he has a zombie-like and decaying body.
- Peni Parker Yatsukahagi:
Peni Parker's new costume, titled Yatsukahagi, has strong roots in Japanese mythology in the form of the Tsuchigumo spirits. These mythical creatures, being giant spiders or demon-like spirits in Japanese tradition, possess supernatural abilities and carry a dark, foreboding aura about them.
