PEFI to Organize Esports Conclave 2025 in Collaboration with KRAFTON and Invest India

The Physical Education Foundation of India (PEFI), a National Sports Promotion Organization (NSPO) recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, is set to host the inaugural Esports Conclave 2025. The event, scheduled for April 1 in New Delhi, is being organized in partnership with KRAFTON India, with Invest India lending its expertise as the knowledge partner. The conclave aims to serve as a pivotal gathering for government officials, policymakers, industry leaders, and professional esports players to discuss the future trajectory of competitive gaming in India.
As India continues to emerge as a rapidly growing hub for esports, the conclave will act as a catalyst for dialogue and decision-making, fostering investment opportunities and encouraging global collaborations. Additionally, NODWIN Gaming, India’s leading esports organization, has joined forces with PEFI, KRAFTON India, and Invest India to bring this initiative to life.
Theme and Key Discussion Areas
Under the theme “Forging the Path to Global Leadership,” the conclave will explore critical topics, including India’s roadmap for international esports competitions, the expansion of game development capabilities, and aligning with the Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative. Industry stakeholders will engage in discussions on enhancing esports infrastructure, generating employment in the sector, and attracting substantial investments.
One of the event’s major highlights will be the unveiling of an Esports framework recommendation for the government. This framework will outline essential regulatory measures, industry recognition strategies, and steps to position India as a global leader in competitive gaming. Given the rapid expansion of esports, the conclave will focus on creating a structured regulatory environment by incorporating insights from government representatives, policymakers, and industry experts.

Dr. Piyush Jain, Secretary of PEFI, emphasized the landmark nature of the event, stating, “Esports Conclave 2025 will be a transformative moment for India’s digital sports industry.
