Resident Evil Requiem, PRAGMATA, and Shocking Reveals at Capcom Spotlight, June 26

Capcom Spotlight goes live June 26, showcasing Resident Evil Requiem, PRAGMATA, Monster Hunter Wilds, Street Fighter 6, and exciting new updates.

Capcom said they will do a new Capcom Spotlight event on June 26 (it’s Thursday), and the live stream will start at 3 p.m. PDT / 6 p.m. EDT, or Friday, 7 a.m. in Japan. This stream will be around 40 minutes long, more or less, and will show off new footage, updates, and also devs talking. There are a lot of people excited for this one.

Capcom Spotlight: Games That Will Come in the Show

Resident Evil Requiem Making a Comeback

One of the main titles is Resident Evil Requiem, which is like the 9th game in the mainline, coming February 27, 2026, on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series. So far, we have only seen a trailer where there’s a woman, Grace Ashcroft, who seems to be an FBI agent but is not trained properly. And the setting is Raccoon City again, which is kinda destroyed.

The cool thing is, players can change the camera from third-person to first-person. Some say it feels classic Resident Evil, while others think it's a little repeating the same ideas. Maybe in this Spotlight, Capcom will give us a better idea of what it's like or how it plays.

PRAGMATA Still Real, Probably

PRAGMATA was supposed to come years ago, but it didn’t. First, it was shown back in 2020, then it went quiet. Now it’s back in talks, with a 2026 launch window mentioned again recently. It has a guy named Hugh in a space suit, and this little girl called Diana, who is probably an AI.

Capcom Spotlight Returns June 26 with Resident Evil Requiem, PRAGMATA, and More Reveals

Combat seems to involve hacking while action goes on, which is not much seen in other games like this. Capcom might finally show more gameplay or at least say what platforms it’s truly releasing for. There is still confusion on that.

Monster Hunter Wilds Expansion Incoming

Monster Hunter Wilds has already sold 10 million copies, which is a big number even for Capcom. The new Update 2 is expected to show up in the Spotlight. They will likely show new monsters, events, and possible collabs too.

There’s talk about the game becoming too easy or too live-service, so fans are hoping Capcom explains what’s being added to keep things balanced.

Street Fighter 6 Still in the Ring

Street Fighter 6 is already going strong with 5 million sold. And now Capcom is working on Year 3 content, with fighters like Sagat, Alex, and others. We can expect some trailers, maybe, or news about costumes and DLC schedule.

Switch version 2? That might also be discussed if rumors are right, but nothing is sure.

Don’t Miss the Show

The event will stream on YouTube, in 13 languages. English and Japanese voice options are both included. So it’s accessible for many people.

If you're into Capcom stuff, this one’s worth watching. Resident Evil Requiem,  PRAGMATA, Monster Hunter, and Street Fighter 6 will all be featured. There might be surprises too, who knows? Be ready June 26.
