Valorant Patch 10.05 Notes: Ranked Rollbacks, Agent Fixes, and More
Valorant Patch 10.05 Notes bring Ranked Rollbacks, agent fixes, map changes, and console updates.

Riot Games has rolled out the Valorant Patch 10.05 update, bringing a handful of refinements following the major changes introduced in the previous version. While this patch is relatively minor, it delivers key competitive adjustments and critical bug fixes across agents, maps, and social features.
The update goes live on March 18, 2025, in the Americas and will be available globally by March 19, 2025. One of the major highlights is the Ranked Rollbacks system, which aims to compensate players who lost Ranked Rating (RR) due to facing cheaters.
Competitive Updates: Ranked Rollbacks Introduced
To address unfair losses in Competitive mode, Riot Games has implemented Ranked Rollbacks. If a player lost RR in a match that later got flagged for cheating, they will receive a refund of their lost RR.
How Ranked Rollbacks Work
- A pop-up will notify eligible players of the RR amount being restored.
- To apply the refund, players must complete one Competitive match.
- Once the match ends, the refunded RR will be added to the total RR on the End of Game screen, regardless of the match outcome.
- Ranked Rollbacks apply only within the current Act, with a cap in place. Players must play a match before the Act ends to claim the refund.
Bug Fixes and Adjustments
Agent Fixes
Several agents received bug fixes to ensure smoother gameplay:
- Raze: Fixed an issue where the explosion radius of Blast Pack was slightly smaller at the outer edges.
- Clove & Sage: Addressed a bug where both agents had a momentary vulnerability for a single frame after reviving.
- Tejo: Corrected an issue where the Armaggedon ability’s danger indicator did not consistently adjust to different elevations.
- Iso: Fixed a visual bug affecting Double Tap’s HUD when viewed by spectators.
- Waylay: Resolved a hitch in performance when using Convergent Paths, and fixed an issue preventing the ability from being equipped during the buy phase.
Social Fixes
Resolved an issue where player status and in-game scores were not updating in real-time on the social panel.
Map Fixes
- Breeze: Fixed a bug that allowed some abilities to bypass line-of-sight restrictions near A Site crates, and resolved an issue where flash abilities were inconsistently blocked.
- Sunset: Addressed a problem preventing players from planting the Spike on B Site crates within the designated planting zone.
Console-Specific Changes
General Updates:
Remote Play support for PS5 has been temporarily disabled while Riot investigates an issue. Further updates will be provided in future patches.
