Hoover will play a character that many long-time fans love. In the past, Chopper was voiced by Brina Palencia in the English version and Ikue Ōtani in the Japanese version. Now, Hoover will bring her version of the role to the live-action show. She has appeared in big movies like Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, The Suicide Squad, and Zero Hour. She is also set to play journalist Cat Grant in James Gunn’s upcoming Superman reboot.
