New Boss Variant: A Ruthless Challenge Awaits
Leaks suggest that Version 1.7 is scheduled for release on April 23, though HoYoverse has yet to make an official announcement. One of the most exciting additions is a brand-new boss—an enhanced variant of the Ruthless Fiend, one of the high-tier Ethereal foes in the game.
This new boss is rumored to feature spiked claws, an even larger physique, and aggressive attack patterns, making it one of the toughest adversaries yet. Speculation suggests it will be incorporated into Expert Challenge or Notorious Hunt, offering intense combat scenarios for experienced players.
New Playable Agents: Hugo Vlad & Vivian
Two new characters, Hugo Vlad and Vivian, are set to make their debut as playable agents in Version 1.7. Originally introduced as NPCs in the Grand Marcel Adventure event during Version 1.5, they quickly became fan favorites.
Hugo, who also made a brief yet memorable appearance in Lycaon’s Agent Story, is expected to bring a unique combat style, while Vivian’s abilities remain highly anticipated. Their addition promises to shake up team compositions and introduce fresh gameplay dynamics.
Returning Events & New Bangboos
