Players are receiving a soft ban of 180 days for picking up Fia's underwear. Read the full story in the article below.

Elden Ring players are getting soft-banned after some player figured out a way to access an illegal piece of clothing in the game. The Deathbed Smalls is a pair of skimpy underwear that is worn by Fia, an NPC of the game.

The Deathbed Smalls is a leg armor that was made unobtainable within the Deathbed armor set by the developers. The wearable set included Fia’s Deathbed Dress and robe. Some players managed to hack into the game and gain access to Fia’s panties. Fia is a well-known NPC of the game as the lady you can hug in the game at the cost of -5% health debuff.

The soft ban received by the players would last 180 days where they can only play the game offline or find themselves playing online with other hackers, as claimed by users on Reddit.

A player named “Pantsu Dealer” has been hacking into the game and making Fia’s Deathbed Smalls obtainable as part of the armor set. Elden Ring allows players to trade and leave gifts for other players in the game. While some players on Reddit are asking for this trade, there are some unsuspecting players who ended up picking that piece of clothing from the ground and are getting soft-banned by the game.

Reddit user Ok-Communication7125 wrote that he was soft-banned after “acquiring [the deathbed smalls] item from a player in multiplayer.” He clarified that he did not know the panties were inaccessible and he deleted the item when he found out. However, Bandai Namco is yet to reinstate the user’s account.

FromSoftware is also sending a prompt to users who have not been soft-banned yet for picking up the underwear. The message said that unauthorized tampering was detected in the game and that any further violation will result in a soft ban of 180 days. The game’s anti-cheat detection tool is not particularly strong as some users reported that they remained unaffected despite gaining access to Fia’s Deathbed Smalls.
