My Dress-Up Darling Season 2 begins July 5 with new characters, emotions, and cosplay drama.
So now it's finally here, Season 2 of My Dress-Up Darling is gonna begin streaming on July 5 at 9:30 a.m. PT on Crunchyroll. The show gonna be available to watch everywhere except Japan, China, Korea, and Mongolia. That's what they said now.
Ever since the first season of the anime ended in 2022, fans have been waiting ages to get more. The series is about Marin Kitagawa and Wakana Gojo, two students who became heavily involved with cosplay together. They bond over time, and now with the new season, they're gonna meet new individuals and create more costumes as well.
What My Dress-Up Darling Season 2 Is Going To Introduce
This season, some things have changed. Marin's still got all the energy and is still coming up with cosplay ideas, and Wakana's still stitching her clothes with lots of attention to detail. But now, more people seem to be following suit, and perhaps more moments of showing their emotions as well.
Keisuke Shinohara, who directs for BLACKFOX, is directing this season as well. It is being produced by CloverWorks once again. The script was written by Yoriko Tomita, and the character designs are by Kazumasa Ishida. The music was also composed by Takeshi Nakatsuka; he composed music for other anime previously, too. So the team gained experience.
Manga Almost Done, Anime Keeps Going
As this new anime season arrives, the manga is nearly finished. The manga by Shinichi Fukoda began in January of 2018 and concluded in March of 2025. The final volume, which one gonna released on July 25 in Japan. The English manga is also available from Square Enix, so everybody can access it.
The first season of the anime comprised 12 episodes and received a lot of people's favor due to the friendly manner in which it portrays cosplay and the blossoming love between the two leads.

No,w with Season 2 arriving soon, the fans will finally get to witness how Marin and Wakana's journey continues. There's going to be more fun, more fashion, and perhaps more heart moments as well. July 5 is the day when the new journey begins anew.
