Tokyo Ghoul returns to theaters for the one-night event with six key episodes from Season 1.
Tokyo Ghoul anime fans are going to be able to see it again but in the theaters this time. Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment announced that they are organizing a special screening event named Sink Your Teeth: A Tokyo Ghoul Celebration. This exhibition gonna take place just one night only, Monday, July 21, across theaters in the United States.
The event will show six episodes taken from Season 1. It’s in English dubbed, and the ones chosen are Episodes 1, 5, 8, 10, 11 and 12. The whole thing lasts two hours and 26 minutes. The episodes were selected to focus on big changes and drama that happened early in the story.
A Return to Kaneki’s First Nightmare
This screening brings us back to where the entire journey of Ken Kaneki started. He was a shy student who simply enjoyed reading books. But a single date with Rize went wrong, and he found himself in the hospital. After surgery to save his life, Kaneki woke up no longer as the same person—now he was half-human, half-ghoul.
Now he has to exist in a world where ghouls and humans cannot trust one another. Ghouls subsist on human flesh, and humans are afraid of them. Kaneki is caught in the middle of both worlds, seeking to find out where he fits in. All of that returns to the screen again, whether you are a long-time fan or seeing it for the first time.
Booking Open for the Ghoul Night
Tickets to this Tokyo Ghoul celebration are already available. Individuals can obtain them from cinemas or online ticketing platforms. Since it's for just a night, seats could sell out quickly.

With dark stories, deep feelings, and a creepy world, Tokyo Ghoul became one of the most well-known anime in the horror genre. This screening is a good chance to watch Ken Kaneki’s Hard Path once more—but this time bigger, louder, and inside the cinema.
