Apex Glitch of change of melee weapon does lethal attacks in-game

The glitch has been a nail of pain since the 1st season still there hasn't been any significant step taken for the issue, although it was believed that it will happen after the cancellable ultimate is fully charged and by activating legend’s ultimate ability.
 
Furthermore if used correctly the weapon will not only cancel its animation of the weapon but also allow you to spam melee weapon again and again. Many players started addressing the issue and it was hilarious watching the condition.
