Demon Slayer x TOHO Cinemas: Exclusive Etiquette Clip Premieres June 20
A limited-time Demon Slayer x TOHO Cinemas video will screen from June 20, leading up to the Infinity Castle Arc Movie 1 premiere on July 18, 2025

Fans in Japan who love Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba are gonna have a nice little treat when they go to theater before the new movie even begins. Starting from June 20, a special etiquette video will be shown only at TOHO Cinemas around the country. But it’s not gonna stay forever—it will end on July 17. That’s just before the actual movie release on July 18.
The short clip is made by ufotable, the same studio that animates the show. This video is original, not taken from anime scenes. It got Tengen Uzui, the Sound Hashira from before, and also his three wives—Makio, Suma, and Hinatsuru. They do some funny stuff while telling people how to behave in movie halls. Like, don’t forget to switch off the phone, not talk loudly, and also no recording the screen.

This film is the first from the final arc, and they are planning three movies total. Some special visuals of characters have already been released. Also, they created one giant rice field art of Tanjiro—it’s 2.8 hectares big! That’s huge, like wow.
Not only in theaters, the Demon Slayer story is going to the game side again. A new title, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Chronicles 2, is launching on August 5, 2025. And yes, it will come to PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and even on Steam too.
So with all this—fresh anime clips, a big movie series, and a new game—fans don’t have to wait long. Whether they go to the cinema or just play at home, a lot is happening for Demon Slayer lovers this summer.
