Kaiju No. 8 Season 2 English Dub Same-Day Release Confirmed on Crunchyroll
Kaiju No. 8 Season 2 English dub drops July 19 on Crunchyroll with more action and deeper twists.
The giant monster fights are not stopping yet, because Kaiju No. 8 is returning once more with Season 2 in English dub. Crunchyroll already said the new season is going to begin on Saturday, July 19, and the English dub is also coming out same day as the Japanese version.
Direction still staying with Shigeyuki Miya, who’s still working on it over at Production I.G. The writing is done by Yuichiro Kido, who before done Dr. STONE before. Tetsuya Nishio, the one who made the character look in Naruto, is also doing the designs again. And the music this season is being made by Yuta Bando, who has already made music for BELLE earlier. This anime is coming from a manga by Naoya Matsumoto, which quickly became popular because it put together monster fights, feelings, and a military kind of story into one.
Monster Comes, Old Promise Try to Return
Kaiju No. 8 tells the story of Kafka Hibino, a man who had dreamed of joining the Defense Force and battling the Kaiju—those huge creatures that always smash cities. He made a promise with childhood friend Mina Ashiro that they would join together and protect people.
But after some time, life goes differently for them. Mina joined the force, but Kafka was just cleaning up after monster battles. One day, he met Reno Ichikawa, a young boy trying to join. After seeing him, Kafka's old dream started coming back, and he decided to give it a try once more.
Then a strange thing happened—Kafka suddenly became Kaiju himself, and he didn’t even know how. Now he is stuck between being a monster and still wanting to be a hero.

Where to Watch Kaiju No. 8 Season 2 English Dub
Season 2 English dub is going to be showing only at Crunchyroll, and Season 1 is also already there with both subbed and dubbed. Many people liked how the anime mixes big monster fights with deep feelings, so it caught the attention of many kinds of viewers.
In this season now, there gonna be more fights, more heavy emotional things, and some secrets that weren’t shown before. Kafka’s life is going more twisty, and the Kaiju threat is looking even more serious. With the same creators doing it again, fans can watch new story parts without waiting too long.
