My Dress-Up Darling Season 2: The Summer of Marin Begins Soon
My Dress-Up Darling Season 2 premieres July 5 with a new cast, songs, and returning staff.
The second half of My Dress-Up Darling is now scheduled to be available from July 5. It will be viewed by people on Crunchyroll who reside in various locations. To announce the new season, one new trailer and one main visual were announced. The illustration depicts Marin Kitagawa and Wakana Gojo together in a cheerful pose. In the video, fans can also hear the opening and ending tracks.
Two new individuals are added to the anime as well. Ayumu Murase is now voicing Amane Himeno, and Shohei Komatsu is voicing Shiki Kashiwagi. The previous actors are also returning. Hina Suguta and Shoya Ishige resume their roles as Marin and Wakana. Other actors such as Atsumi Tanezaki, Hina Youmiya, Atsushi Ono, and so on are all featured in the second season as well.
Music and Staff From the Past Return
CloverWorks once more is the studio that produces the anime. Keisuke Shinohara is once more the director. Yoriko Tomita is once more writing the series sections. The design of the character is again accomplished by Yusuke Yamamoto and Kazumasa Ishida. Also, Takeshi Nakatsukai is once more accomplishing the music section.
For the songs, Spira Spica sings the opening. The ending theme is "Kawaii Kaiwai," and it is sung by the idol group PiKi. Its members are Karen Matsumoto and Haruka Sakuraba. The music is created to fit the mood of the anime.
Cosplay and School Time Continue With More Happen
The anime series is based on a manga created by Shinichi Fukuda. The series began in January of 2018 and concluded in March of 2025 with 14 books. The English release was published by Square Enix.
This anime is about Wakana Gojo, who is interested in making dolls and can sew dresses. But Marin Kitagawa, a bright and beautiful girl, asked him one day to assist her in making a cosplay dress. So they then begin working together. They become good friends as they spend more time together, and sometimes turn shy and bewildered.

Now that the new season is approaching, the fans will learn more about their friendship, cosplay, and all the fun and silent moments once again. The story continues with more costumes, more feelings, and possibly some feelings they did not comprehend yet.
